General Questions

Q-1) Why Are There So Many “Options” Available In The Manual?

A-1) Unlike most so called “opportunities” available, we provide our Distributors with a real opportunity that is truly unlimited. We offer all of the various options so that distributors can take this opportunity as far as they want to go. You must understand that all distributors can start at the beginning. However, many people have different financial dispositions and may want to start at an advanced level. If you choose not to start at an advanced level, that’s okay, simply begin with what is already included in the materials (that’s all you need) and then you can quickly work your way up to the level of your choice.

Q-2) Do I Have To Own A Computer To Start?

A-2) NO WAY! However, you may like to obtain one soon, as that is where the world is headed.
Also, you can take advantage of our FREE ADVERTISING WEB-SITES, available online. Should you decide you need a computer, you can rent one, or use one at your local library, Kinko’s®, friends, etc. However, IT IS NOT MANDATORY to have a computer with this program. Remember, you don’t need a computer to advertise your web site. Just because your web site is online does not mean you have to limit yourself to only online advertising. Try marketing your web site locally too! See page 126 in your CD-ROM manual for more information.

Q-3) When Can I Start Selling The CD-ROMs?

A-3) You can start selling the CD-ROMs today! Simply choose a marketing method of your choice to begin. To help you get started quickly, we’ve already provided you with voice mail scripts, pre-written classified ads, sales brochures, a listing of OVER 70 Marketing Methods and a directory of companies that can help you advertise and much, much more! Refer to Chapter 5, and the enclosed “N.H.B.C. Showcase CD-ROM.”

Q-4) Will My Customers Know I Am A Distributor of the N.H.B.C.?

A-4) No. We do not sell our CD-ROMs to the general public. As a Distributor, you do. To your advantage, our products and sales literature does not mention our company. Simply use our sales materials contained on the N.H.B.C. Showcase CD-ROM and insert whatever information you choose (price, content etc.)

Q-5) What Price Can I Sell The CD-ROMs For?

A-5) You may sell them for whatever price you want! There are no selling restrictions! You can run specials, discounts, promotions, create coupons, etc! The sky’s the limit! We have tested the market and determined $49.95 most profitable overall.

Q-6) How Much Money Can I Make?

A-6) The amount of money one can make is solely dependent upon how many methods, funds, time / effort are employed. By law, we cannot tell you an exact amount that you will make. We can mention that if you accomplish the above, you have the same opportunity to make as much money as anyone else… maybe more!

Q-7) How Much Money Have Your Other Distributors Made?

A-7) Some are making larger amounts of money than others are. However, there is not an “across the board” answer for all participants as results vary between individuals in terms of time, effort, funds and methods used.

Q-8) How will I know when an order has been placed?

A-8) This really depends on how you are accepting orders. If you are accepting orders by mail, you will receive the order by mail. If you are accepting orders by phone you would need to check your voice mail or contact your order taking service, etc. If you are accepting orders by fax, they will be faxed to you and so on. If you are accepting payments online through PayPal, you will receive an
e-mail from PayPal confirming the order. Keep in mind; you can accept credit card payments through PayPal even if you do not have a custom Internet web site of your own.

Q-9) How much do the CDs cost me?

A-9) You are not required to purchase any CD’s up front. You can purchase them AFTER you have sold them. The CD-ROM titles cost you only $7.00 each. It doesn’t matter which title you order, or how many quantities you order (unless the quantities are over 100+ and then we will give you a price break.) Anything you can sell the CD’s for over $7.00 is ALL PROFIT. That means you have the flexibility to run your own sales, specials, discounts, etc. The only exception to this rule is if you own the Reprint and Duplication Rights to one or all of our CD-ROM titles. By acquiring the Duplication Rights to our CD’s, you can sell the CD’s wholesale and purchase them direct from us for $0.75 cents each shrink-wrapped and ready to sell, or you can copy them yourself or have them manufactured independently.

Q-10) How Can I Get Started With What Is Already Included In The Initial Package At Low-To-No Cost Without Spending All That Money On The Options?

A-10) We’ve provided you with prewritten press releases, classified ads, voicemail scripts, sales brochures and sales letters that sell each of the CD-ROMs. All you need to do is input your name or business information on them and use them. You can also create your own brochures or flyers and place them on bulletin boards, college campuses, laundry rooms, post office or anywhere that people gather. You may also take your discs to the flea-markets/swap-meets, fairs, public events, fund-raisers or computer shows and so on. If you’re interested in FREE INTERNET ADVERTISING and additional information, click here for our listing of 70 Low-to-No Cost Advertising Methods.

Q-11) How Do I Place This System On “Auto-Pilot” And What Does That Term Mean?

A-11) The term “auto-pilot” is slang for accomplishing this business in a “hands-free” or minimal time / effort requirement on your behalf. This is accomplished by hiring other persons and/or using technology to do the bulk (if not all) of your “work.” All of our materials can do the job of prospecting/selling for you.

However, you must send out the offers, place the ads, receive payment and fulfill the orders yourself. If you would like to contract with an order processing and fulfillment center, you may want to enlist the services of Answer Xact at 1-877-733-4610. They can take phone calls, accept and process orders, and even forward a transaction report to you!

Q-12) How Can I Get A Sample Copy Of Each CD-ROM?

A-12) You will find a Distributor CD-ROM Sampler Pack order form on page 131 in your manual.
The “Sampler Pack” is limited to one per distributor. The cost has been drastically discounted to only $35.95 and contains one “full-version” copy of each CD-ROM (includes eight CD’s total).

Q-13) Can I Order Just One Copy of “The Greatest Computer Games CD-ROM”?

A-13) Yes! You can order one copy (or more) of any CD-ROM to have it drop shipped to your customer(s). Click Here for the Drop Shipping Submission Form. Please do not drop ship orders to yourself. For your own personal use, we highly recommend purchasing the CD-ROM Sampler Pack which contains one “full-version” copy of each CD-ROM (eight CD’s total). See page 131 of the CD-ROM manual to order yours!

Q-14) Can I Order Just One CD-ROM At Wholesale Cost?

A-14) No. The minimum wholesale order is 5 CD’s. For example, you can mix titles by ordering one copy of five individual CD-ROM titles by using the Wholesale CD-ROM Order Form on page 10. You can also order online via our “Members Only” web site at www.cashmasters.com.

Q-15) How Do I Obtain My FREE E-Mail Account?

A-15) Simply go to www.cashmasters.com and click on the “FREE E-mail” link.

Q-16) How Has The Nationwide Home Business Center Become Recognized as the “Watch-Dog” of the Income Opportunity Industry?

A-16) We’ve performed validity testing on every income opportunity we could get our hands on
for nearly a decade. We know what works and what doesn’t! Nothing compares to the “Fast Cash CD-ROM System”! Click Here to learn about the Fast Cash CD-ROM System.

Q-17) Do You Have Any Other Products That I Can Buy or Sell?

A-17) Yes! You may select from several products that can be found on page 82 of the “Fast Cash CD-ROM System” manual. It is possible to add a few products or obtain your own “carbon-copy” of the N.H.B.C. which includes everything that we have in hard-copy form and also pre-loaded on your own Dell Pentium computer, plus much more. If the entire package appeals to you, you may also contact Dustin Drorbaugh, our Executive Vice President or call Customer Service at 503-521-9217 and we will gladly help you.

Q-18) Does Your Company Have Products Planned For The Future or Is This It?

A-18) Absolutely! We are continually working with the greatest minds in the industry and developing cutting edge exclusive products for our Distributors to market. You will be informed of the latest breakthroughs as they happen. Rest assured that they will be thoroughly tested and ready for you to market at just the right time. For secrecy sake, that’s all we can disclose at this time.

Q-19) Can I Talk To One of Your Current Distributors or Someone In My Area?

A-19) We have adopted a “confidentiality clause” which protects the privacy of our associates and we will not give out their personal information. This allows our Distributors to focus on making money and making the most productive use of their time. Our Customer Service Representatives are available (MTTF 8am-5pm PST) to help you any way they can.

Q-20) Is The CD-ROM Market Saturated?

A-20) No way! CD-ROMs are moving now like never before and sales continue to escalate unlike any other product of its kind. Regardless of how many people get involved, sales can only continue to skyrocket due to ever increasing public awareness and a constant population explosion.

Q-21) How Long Has This Program Been In Existence and How Many Distributors Are There?

A-21) This program is fresh this year and still has a lot of room to grow. I can’t give you an exact number of current Distributors, as that information is constantly changing. Regardless of how many people get involved, the CD-ROM disc market currently generates $500,000,000 per month. THAT’S FIVE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS! There’s lot’s of money to go around!

Q-22) Does The Presence of Other Web-sites or Similar Ad Placements Affect My Business?

A-22) Yes, but in very positive way. Whether other ads or sites are present or not, really doesn’t matter. However, when there are other ads or sites that are similar to your own in the same given space or near proximity, it ads strong credibility to the offer. Therefore, don’t be concerned in the least bit if you do see that happen, your slice of the “pie” can still be substantial.

Q-23) Can I Will This Business To Another Family Member If Something Should Happen To Me?

A-23) Yes. In case of your unfortunate demise, you can will this business to whomever you choose. All that we would require is that you send us an original signed letter that expresses your intentions and to whom this business should be relinquished too. All legal concern should be discussed with an attorney.

Q-24) The material states I can “use your products for free.” Why do I have to pay for them?

A-24) Yes, you are “using” our products for free. You do not have to pay the extremely high research and development or creative costs that can run in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to produce the finished products and materials we give you the right to market. We’ve already paid that price for you. It would be similar to receiving a business for free and only having to pay for the products that you sell. What you must pay for are optional items, costs to reproduce, replenish or obtain copies of products and materials etc.

Q-25) Does The N.H.B.C. Extend “In-House” Credit for Purchases?

A-25) Not initially. However, we may review your account activity and history after six months for consideration.

Q-26) Why are the “wholesale orders” non-cancelable / refundable?

A-26) We must pay in advance for these items from the vendors that produce them. Once an order is placed, it is considered “produced.” It is the industry standard for not only our vendors, but all vendors of this nature not to refund monies on these items. In turn, we too could not be reimbursed. However, should any of the above items be received in “non-marketable” or “defective” condition, we would be able to replace that particular item through even exchange. All other N.H.B.C. products come with a full 30 day money-back guarantee.

Q-27) Why do I have to offer a refund on my CD-ROMs and you will not refund me?

A-27) (See # 24) At the “Distributor” level, it is recommended that you offer a refund when selling to the end consumer. This is done so as too increase the likelihood of obtaining an order and makes the prospective consumer feel more comfortable in their buying decision. The amount of refunds requested from end-users is typically very small if any. All of our CD-ROMs have a very high-perceived value. Because of the fact that you do offer a refund, the amount of orders you may receive in relation to refunds requested makes the refund equation insignificant overall. As an industry-wide practice, opened software is non-refundable.

Q-28) When I send out a CD, am I assured that it will not be copied and returned?

A-28) No. That’s the risk any company takes that is in the CD retail business, but very seldom happens. Most companies have a return policy, which prevents opened software from being returned. When selling our products, you are welcome to use and enforce your own return policy.

Q-29) I Can’t Run Compressed CD’s on My Computer. How Can I?

A-29) Winzip® has been included on all of our CD-ROM titles to help you uncompress any files that are “zipped” or “compressed.” Please Note: Windows XP® will automatically unzip files for you.

Q-30) Where and what do I type in order to run the CD on my computer?

A-30) When you insert the CD into the CD-ROM drive, the “auto-run” screen pops up, just follow
the on-screen instructions to begin using the CD. If this does not happen, consult the individual
CD-ROM’s “READ ME” file or Help file for more information. Detailed instructions for starting the
CD also appear on the inside of the CD-ROM cover. Click Here to obtain support online.

Q-31) Someone told me that I can get these CD-ROMs for free on the Internet, is that true?

A-31) No. However, keep in mind that the CD-ROM market is a multi-billion dollar industry. Understanding that, it is possible to find some type of “free disc” on the Internet. Those “free discs” are never “free,” there’s always a catch and you will soon be bombarded with those “catches” if you accept them. If you have found our exact discs on the Internet which are available “for free,” it could be that someone is willing to give away one of our discs if the customer buys one or more. Kind of a “buy one-get one free” offer. We have not yet seen that. However, if you know of the specifics, please let us know so that we may investigate it.

Q-32) Your literature state I can sell the Instant Publisher PLATINUM CD-ROM for two different prices, $45.95 and $145.00... what is the difference?

A-32) The Instant Publisher PLATINUM CD-ROM is a unique product featuring 750 books, reports and manuals your customers are purchasing from you on CD-ROM so they can print them out and resell them. There is more preceived value to the person buying this product online than offline since the odds are the online customer will also market and sell the reports online and therefore is willing to pay a higher price for this CD. We have found that people are willing to spend more money online with a credit card verses through traditional marketing methods which also justifies the price increase. While we suggest the higher price for this CD-ROM when selling online, you can sell all of our CD’s at any price of your choosing.

Q-33) Can I photocopy the materials, manual or anything else from the N.H.B.C.?

A-33) The ONLY materials you have permission to duplicate are our order forms, the sales materials (on the enclosed N.H.B.C. Showcase CD-ROM), the 100 FREE Bonus Gifts (on the enclosed 100 FREE Bonus Gifts CD-ROM), sales materials available online and the sales materials found (classified ads, press releases, sales letters, voice mail scripts and sales brochures) in Chapter 5 of your manual. You may NOT photocopy or reproduce any other materials without expressed written permission from our Corporate Office in Portland, Oregon.

Marketing Questions

Q-34) What method do I use to begin marketing the CD-ROMs?

A-34) We’ve provided you with several methods contained within the manual. It’s not a question of “what” method, rather, a question of “which” do you prefer? Every method has been proven to work. Obviously, the more “methods” you employ, the more likely you are to have greater sales volume.
Click Here for a list Ideas recommended by our Top Distributors to help you get jump-started quickly!

Q-35) What is the “best way” to get started selling the CD-ROMs?

A-35) Every marketing method is been proven to work if executed properly. There are many variables
involved. Obviously, the more “methods” you employ, the more likely you are to have greater sales volume. Make sure your advertisement is catchy and will stand out amongst other ads. Target your audience by a specific interest. For example, computer gamers would not be as likely to respond to an advertisement about the Start Your Own Business CD-ROM as they would an ad about the Greatest Computer Games CD-ROM. Be sure to include all necessary contact information on your advertisements. It’s extremely important to include your domain name (URL / web site address) if you have a web site/mall selling for you online.

Q-36) Can I create my own sales materials?

A-36) Yes! However, you cannot use the our name in any of the text or graphics for legality sake.
If you write your own materials (excluding classified ads), you must fax or mail a copy to our office for approval. We recommend using Twig One Stop. They do high-quality, low-cost work for small businesses. They also have a wealth of samples to get your creative ideas flowing. Click Here to visit their web site. Many distributors simply use the SIZZLING sales letters contained on the N.H.B.C. Showcase CD-ROM. You can place whatever information you choose in the sales letters with just a few keystrokes.

Q-37) How do I access the sales letters on the enclosed Showcase CD-ROM?

A-37) Click Here for picture instructions. To access the sales letters, insert the Showcase CD-ROM into your computer’s CD-ROM drive. After the disc begins to auto-play, exit the CD-ROM. From your desktop, double click on “MY COMPUTER”. Then locate your CD-ROM drive in the My Computer Window and RIGHT CLICK on it. A menu will pop up and click on EXPLORE. A window will pop up displaying the contents of the CD-ROM. From there, locate the LETTERS folder and that is where the letters are located. Double-click on the sales letter you want to modify and/or print.

Q-38) How do I use the classified ads and where do I place them?

A-38) Simply take them from the manual and make any necessary changes. Then place the ad in whatever newspapers or publications you choose. We have recommended many newspapers in the manual and can direct you to two bulk newspaper placement services that can place your ad in hundreds (even thousands) of papers simultaneously at very low cost. Those placement services are: “Publishers Development Services” at 1-800-236-0636 or AdNet Classifieds @1-800-458-5580.

Q-39) How do I set up a voice mailbox to use with my classified or other advertising methods?

A-39) Call the company of your choice (click here) or American Voice Mail @ 1-800-347-2861 to set up your voicemail box. Then simply record one of our prewritten voice mail scripts in the manual or create your own. You may add in any additional information such as your web-site address (if applicable) or ordering information and so on.

Q-40) What do I send the respondents to my voice mailbox and/or press releases?

A-40) If the respondents require more information, you can send them one of the sales letters or you can print out a sales brochure found on the enclosed “N.H.B.C. Showcase” CD-ROM. The choice is yours. However, please remember that the first impression is important. Therefore, if you are going to send out additional information, please make it look sharp. Our materials have been designed to accomplish the sale through a very professional presentation.

Q-41) Why Isn’t There A Voice Mail Script That Sells All 8 CD’s?

A-41) The reason is simple: a short voice mail script wouldn’t do an adequate job selling the eight CD’s for you and your potential customer most-likely won’t have the time to sit and listen to a long script that promotes all eight titles at once. For best results, when using this method, focus on one CD-ROM title, or present the caller with an option for choosing to hear more information about a specific title.  We do have a brochure that sells all eight CD’s available in the Free Marketing Kit.

Q-42) What is the average percentage of return on direct-mail?

A-42) The industry average is 1%-2%. Our initial test campaigns pulled approximately 3 percent.
However, by law we cannot guarantee you a return ratio on your advertising.

Drop Shipping / Credit Card Acceptance Questions

Q-43) How long does it usually take the N.H.B.C. to ship my products?

A-43) Orders placed before 12pm PST are shipped the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 12pm PST are mailed out the following business day. During peak times you may experience some shipping delays. You can usually expect your package to arrive within 7-10 business days from the date your order was placed.

Q-44) How do I sign up for Free Drop Shipping?

A-44) You are already signed up for the Free Drop Shipping Service! You were automatically enrolled when you purchased the Fast Cash CD-ROM System. To learn more, click here.

Q-45) When I get an order, what do I send my customers and how do I send it?

A-45) You can use our Free Drop Shipping Service (click here) and forward us your customers order
information enabling us to fulfill the order for you, or you can choose to keep the CD’s in stock and mail them out from your location. If you decide to mail the CD’s yourself you can package them
however you wish.

Many distributors purchase “CD-ROM Disc Mailers” from their local office supply store. You can also purchase them online at www.ULINE.com by ordering product number S-2456. If you are sending the CD’s out yourself, it’s a good idea to send your customer a small note that expresses your thanks for their order and how to contact you for future orders. You may also send the customer a receipt if you choose and any additional information about other products which they may be interested in. Doing so, can create an additional sale or perhaps several without any additional marketing costs.

Q-46) I don’t have a lot of time, is there someone who can take my orders and ship the products for me?

A-46) Yes! To have your phone orders taken, call Answer Xact at 1-877-733-4610. You may also use the service provider of your choice. They can be found in your local phone book under the heading of “Mail Order/Mailing Services”. You may also consider using our Free Drop Shipping Service.

Q-47) Do I need to have a credit card merchant account set up before I begin?

A-47) No. It is not mandatory to have a merchant account prior to starting this program. However, response rates have proved to increase when the “order by credit card” option is available. To sign
up for your FREE MERCHANT ACCOUNT visit www.PayPal.com or click here for detailed instructions.

Q-48) How do I accept credit card payments from my customers?

A-48) Credit cards are the currency of the Internet. To get your FREE MERCHANT ACCOUNT visit
www.paypal.com. PayPal allows you to accept credit card payments on your web site. The best part about PayPal® is that the service is virtually FREE to use. To sign up log onto www.paypal.com

Q-49) I realize the Internet is the BEST PLACE to make the most amount of money selling these
CD-ROMs. How do I get my very own web site that will AUTOMATICALLY take orders for me?

A-49) That’s easy! Simply click here or turn to page 16 of your CD-ROM manual. You can also call Customer Service at 1-503-521-9217.

Web Site / Web Mall Questions

Q-50) If I order my web-site/web-mall today, how soon will I make money or show a profit?

A-50) We understand that everyone would like to start today and generate profits by tomorrow, but we must be realistic. Once your order is received, it must be processed and then forwarded to our Web Department. From this point, we will have your web site running on the Internet within 7-10 business days. Once your web site is active you need to immediately start placing FREE ADS using our secret list of FREE ADVERTISING SOURCES by clicking here. The faster you start placing ads the faster you can start getting buyers to your web site.

Q-51) If I buy 1 or more web sites and eventually want to purchase a web-mall, can I upgrade?

A-51) Provided that our prices do not substantially increase, we would be willing to prorate your purchase either in full or in part by deducting the cost of your previous web-site purchases. However, no other purchases would apply toward the attainment of a web-mall. From time to time we run web mall specials. Call us today at 1-503-521-9217 for details.

Q-52) How do people order from my web-site/web-mall?

A-52) You will have a pre-formatted order form on your site. This order form will be customized with the information that you give us. For example, customers can simply fill out their order form, print it out and mail it to your company name and address with payment. If you have an e-mail address or merchant account, we will place that information on your site.

If you would like to give customers your phone number, we will include it. If you are using the
“auto-pilot” approach by using PayPal or having someone else use their order receiving/fulfillment department (such as Answer Xact), you may input their information on your site. It’s up to you!

Click here to request changes to your web-site. If you have PayPal installed on your web site, customers will click the Add To Cart button to place products into a virtual shopping cart and can then click “checkout” to enter their billing and shipping information. Orders are then e-mailed to you.

Q-53) How will I go about attracting people to my web-site/mall?

A-53) Read chapters 3 & 5 of your CD-ROM manual. Although fortunes are being made on the Internet (particularly with products of a high-tech nature) you should do everything that you can to draw traffic to your site above and beyond what can automatically happen because of your Internet presence. Additional low to no-cost methods can be found in your “Advanced Internet Marketing Strategies” three -ringed binder. In addition we have compiled a secret list of 500 FREE ADVERTISING WEB SITES for you to use. You can use these advertising sites immediately. In essence, do everything you can to make things happen and don’t simply do nothing and wait for things to happen! You may also visit us at www.cashmasters.com to learn about more of our FREE Internet advertising methods and discover other useful information. Click Here for resources you can use to attract people to your web mall!

Q-54) How do I find out if my site is online?

A-54) Once your site has been placed on the Internet, you will receive a telephone call from our
Web Dept. and a letter with your package stating that your site has been completed. Please allow
up to 7-10 business days for your web site/mall to be completed and to receive your package with information on finding your web site/mall. Additional information included in your package will also help you locate your web site.

Q-55) I can’t find my web site online. How do I find it?

A-55) There are two main reasons you wouldn’t be able to find your web site. First, make sure you typed the domain name in your web browsers address bar correctly. Second, do not type your domain name into a search engine. Search engines are designed for searching by keywords and phrases, NOT domain names. You need to type the entire domain name exactly as written in your letter from our Web Department. The “Internet Made Easy CD-ROM” (which you can use and also sell) contains a complete section with step-by-step instructions for finding web sites on the Internet. Additional instructions are included with your package.

Q-56) Can I use my pre-existing domain name on my web-site/web-mall?

A-56) Yes but it will take one to two weeks longer for your site to appear online. You will need to point your domain name in the direction of our server, which has to be approved by the Domain Registrant before it can be transferred. Please let us know if you have a domain name at the time you place your order. This will allow us to make the necessary changes to get you up and running as soon as possible. A letter will be included with your web-site/mall package with instructions for pointing your domain to our server.

Q-57) How much do you charge to make changes to my web-site/web-mall?

A-57) Initial minor adjustments or those required through no fault of your own are free. However, should you require additional or constant changes, you will be charged $50 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Most changes are made on Friday’s to allow the Web Department a chance to upload new orders. Click Here to use the “Request Web Site Changes” form to request changes that need to be made to your site.

Q-58) Where do I go to get a counter for my NHBC Web-site?

A-58) If you want to place a FREE counter on your web-site you can register at www.sitemeter.com or go to www.yahoo.com and search for “Free Web Counters.” Once you have generated the counter code, simply click here to Request Changes to your web site and paste the HTML code into the appropriate box. Changes are made on Friday’s. Be sure to include your web address.

Q-59) Can I update my own site?

A-59) We currently do not offer FTP access to our web server. We are planning on allowing this in
the near future. Until then, you may make changes to your web site by saving a local copy, making changes and emailing them to us. We will then place your edited version of the web site online for
you. To request changes to your web site, visit www.cashmasters.com and click on the Contact Uslink. All web changes are executed on Friday’s. Any web changes that aren’t completed on Friday are finished Monday afternoon.

Q-60) Can I add my existing product or product line to my web-site/web-mall?

A-60) You can contact our Web Design Department to add additional products to your web site, or you can create the web pages yourself and submit them to us. Once we receive them we will upload them to our server and place them online for you.

Q-61) Can you place your products on and build my pre-existing web-site/web-mall that was not
purchased through N.H.B.C?

A-61) No. We simply do not have the time to build another person’s site outside of our pre-existing structured system. We can only maintain our strict hosting, management and quality control procedures when working within our present operational format. We could not possibly guarantee another site’s performance or ensure that you would receive the same timely and accurate information, which is constantly being updated.

Q-62) Can my private web-master/designer place your products on my pre-existing site?

A-62) Yes and No. Yes, if your designer can do everything without any help from us whatsoever.
No, if otherwise. We simply cannot extend the necessary time to inform your web-master of our strict guidelines. We will not allow our web-mastery secrets to be divulged to other web-masters outside of our immediate organization and could not possibly guarantee an outsider’s site performance or that you would receive the same timely and accurate information which is constantly being updated.

Therefore, using your own pre-existing site would be less beneficial and perhaps end up costing you more than if you were to simply obtain your site from us to begin with. Q-78) How do your CD-ROM products compare to Video Professor?

A-78) Our CD-ROM products are not comparable to Video Professor. Video Professor offers a product line of CD’s that teach about advanced computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, HTML, Photoshop, Wireless Networking etc. Our product line focuses on actually teaching people how to use a computer, Windows operating system and the Internet instead of specific computer applications.

You need to master learning how to use a computer before you can appreciate and understand or have any use for Microsoft Excel, Photoshop or any of the other applications Video Professor covers.

Our experience with their software and in our tests found that their CDs were hard for beginners to understand and use; which is precisely where our "Made Easy" software excels.

Understanding the Video Professor video interface was quite a challenge for beginners and even took us a minute to get accustomed to. Its great to watch a video, however retaining what you see on screen when you try it on your own isn't easy for everyone.

That's why our CD’s contain step by step, easy to read-and-follow instructions with lots of pictures to help users who have no idea what they are doing... understand faster and easier. With our software, you can follow along with the instructions and watch the actions performed on screen.

Just to give you an idea, each of the Made Easy CD's has it's own dictionary which explains in simple English what all of the technical computer words mean (RAM, ROM, DOS, cache, virus, etc.), one of the CDs has video training, and they ALL have between 50-100+ individual tutorials (lessons) on them, which contain several pictures and step by step, easy to read, easy to follow instructions.

The Internet Made Easy CD-ROM has a section, which contains over 200 links to different web sites on the Internet... if you're new to the Internet and have no idea what's out there, that's a great starting point!

The Computer Learning Made Easy CD-ROM has a Bonus Report on it that teaches beginners everything they need to know before they buy or upgrade to a new computer.

At a suggested price of $45.95--- what a small price to pay for all of that information- a single portable CD-ROM that contains knowledge that the end-user will use and apply to better themselves by taking advantage of all the computer has to offer.

When you compare the price of a college course or expensive and confusing books, I think you'll agree that the suggested price of $45.95 is reasonable for everything mentioned above.

You cannot put a price on knowing how to do something yourself. Our customers who are tired of relying on their friends, family or co-workers to help them with their computer find tremendous value in using our "Made Easy" products.
